We work on improving Posture, and increasing Core Strength, Balance and Flexibility, while also focusing on Mindfulness & Breathing Techniques to enhance concentration and focus for learning.
3 – 7 YEAR OLD
For the 3 – 7 year olds, we take the children on a story-telling journey through movement, incorporating Pilates sequences as we go through. As well as improving the child’s physical strength & mobility, we engage their imagination with each new adventure, developing their play and social skills; all vital for the holistic wellbeing of a growing little body and mind!
8 – 13 YEAR OLD
For the older children aged 8 – 13 years old, we deliver an age-appropriate class, similar in style to your more ‘traditional’ Pilates mat class. To keep them focused and engaged, we set some challenges along the way to test their strength and endurance, as well as bringing a little bit of fun to the session!
